Illustration for the Form Based Code project for the City of Albuquerque, City Council Office. The assignment was to illustrate infill development ideas which create pedestrian friendly streets by: placing buildings close to the street and sidewalk, clearly defining entrances, and moving surface parking from the front of buildings to the back or creating parking structures. Nine different sites were illustrated for this project, one for each Council District. This site is on the corner of 2nd and Marble in downtown Albuquerque, City Council District 3.
