I chose to come to YouthBuild because I did not have a life-well, I had a life but it was a miserable life. I was going nowhere. I was doing drugs, getting in trouble and picking fights.

The other reason I came to YouthBuild is that
I was tired of being a nobody. I made a commitment to come to YouthBuild so I could try to be a somebody.
When I first joined the YouthBuild family, everything changed. I stopped doing drugs, stopped partying, stopped getting in fights. YouthBuild has changed my life around in the right direction. A positive thing I've seen in myself since I joined the program is that I have a better attitude and more respect for others.
